1. Digital, made-to-order content
Each artefact is uniquely generated for you the moment your order is confirmed and you submit your brief. Because the content is created specifically for you and delivered electronically, it cannot be “returned” in the way a physical product can.
2. All sales are final once generation begins
By placing an order you ask us to begin preparing your artefact immediately and you acknowledge that, except as set out below, payments are non-refundable once generation of an artefact has begun. If you have paid but have not yet submitted the questionnaire for a particular artefact — so generation has not started — you may request a refund for that artefact.
3. Statutory cancellation rights
If you are a consumer in the EEA or the UK, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel purchases of digital content. By starting generation immediately, you expressly request supply of the digital content during the cancellation period and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once supply has begun. This does not affect any rights you have if the content is defective. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you.
4. If an artefact is defective
We stand behind every artefact. If your document:
- fails to generate or is delivered corrupted or unusable;
- does not correspond to the artefact type you ordered; or
- contains a material technical defect in its structure or formatting,
we will re-generate it at no cost or, if we cannot remedy the issue, provide a refund for that artefact. Dissatisfaction with stylistic choices, or with content that follows directly from the information you provided, is not by itself a defect — but we will always work with you to put things right.
5. How to request a refund or re-generation
Email IntelliTechne Inc. at privacy@stradhoc.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
